Unveiling the magic hidden within our neuro-programming!

In the next few weeks and months, I will be doing a deep dive into a well-established, however, exotic area of the human neurological phenomena called “the neuro-sensory-motor programming”. This body of work is a direct result of the Pavlov’s work discovering the direct link between sensory input and a biological output. Though his work was “behavioral” and not the innate hardwired postural and dynamic neuro-programming we will be speaking of.
The neuro-sensory-motor programming is a kind of fancy way of saying “Reflexes” or “Childhood Reflexes”. This work has been overlooked and even shunned by main stream neuro-scientists but has been steadily developing since 1960s in relative isolation by two main schools in the world, The Doman Method and The Masgutova method. They have been “proving” the extreme levels of connectedness these neuro-programs provide and form within the entire nervous system. From Peripheral perception all the way to hormonal balancing and cognitive/behavioral abilities, these neuro-programs each have their own “areas of influence”.
These two pillars of this work have been able to scientifically prove the ability to positively influence behavior, cognitive abilities, organ and hormonal wellness all while simply “integrating” specific reflex loops.
In 2008 I started to use this work in my practice and have discovered a next generation level of understanding of the where, when, why and how. I call it The GHIMPR System or The Gillis Hierarchy of Instinctual Movement Programming and Reprogramming. This “new” level of understanding comes from experiential data and then looking out into the literature to find possible plausible explanations for the results we are getting. Not the other way around.

Here are some of the things I will be unpacking;
-the importance of the gasto-entric nervous system (or our FIRST brain!!) over the cerebral brain.
-the possible/probable explanation of the neural non-energetic connection between posture, pain, organs, hormones.
-the proper understanding of the role myofascial meridians or muscle trains and how to boost human performance on all levels through their proper integration.
-how it is possible to use the proper movements to influence the brain’s proprioceptive neuro-protocols to

 -reduce inflammation and pain
                -increase recovery time from training and injury
                -increase instinctual performances on a physical, mental, emotional and hormonal level
-how to use these neuro-programs to improve kinesiological connections between organs and muscles
-how the myofascial meridians can be “loaded” in order to electrically balance the charge within them and increase wellness in real time.
-and much more!!

I will end here today and wish you all a happy holiday season!!
