The Best Athletes in the World are NOT the Best Athletes in the World!
One thing we have learned from our years of working with World Class athletes from Olympic, European, American Champions from more than 15 sports, to young children, is that their instinctual movement abilities were not what separated them from the rest. It was their personalities. They never gave up, they trained and knew how to push themselves to their limits without going beyond and injuring themselves.
Using our proprietery training and treatments systems we are able to access the instinctual movement abilities of the athlete. This will improve agility, speed, timing, stamina and recovery time while reducing risk of injury and inflammation. The balancing of these neuro-postural aspects of our brain place the athlete in the optimal mental space for their true top perfromacne.
So Neuro FunC will give you the ability, as it has us, to help everybody with their instinctual postural and movement abilities without a single word! From mature elite athletes find new performances to rehab from chronic and acute injuries like never before and create a NEW ERA of young athletes that WILL go to truly unimagined levels of performance.
No screaming, no reminding to correct their common errors in posture and movements, mental and proprioceptive training will have much much bigger influences and mostly it will make your job easier helping them! With the proper Neuro-functional ‘Know how’ in your professional toolbox, you will perceive and understand your athletes bodies and minds like never before! And keep those well deserved smiled on all your faces ;O)
First level for all Professionals (obligatory to access all following levels)
SP101 (3 days)
Introduction Level – Covers the most important aspects of this modern neurological approach to releasing our true performance and creates the common language terminology that is necessary in order to understand and communicate clearly and without misinterpretation. Most import is the practical time spent performing the actual evolutionary (primal) neuro-functional movements which makes up a amount of the course.
Neuro FunC PT100 (2 days) prerequisite; SP101
PT100 will teach you how to integrate the lateral and back line myofascial meridians and the MyARCs for the feet, hips, hands shoulders and neck. This will help people with most common dysfunctional problems with feet/ankles, knees, hips , hands, elbows, shoulders and neck and lateral thoracic area.
Neuro FunC SC100 (2 days) prerequisite; SP101
From The Cosmic Coach to the Neuro Coach
This is a very special course and is one of my most enjoyable course because of the great benefits that come for coaches interested in going to the next level in understanding in a completely new way and thereby being able better support and motivate their athletes! This is ‘mental’ coaching at a completely new level! We give you, The Coach, a new tool in order to perceive how (you can fix) and what (they mean) the personal quirks each athlete has, in their ‘instinctual’ movements while performing their sport. The Instinctual Movement Neuro-Programming is hardwired into every aspect of our brains. So for a Coach this is INVALUABLE information to help you ‘tie’ together loose ends and bring out not only a much more enhanced instinctual movement ability, with all of its benefits!, but also understand how better to communicate and incentivize them. A must for all coaches..
Neuro FunC SP110 (2 days) prerequisite; SP101
If you do not know about the Instinctual Neuro-Programming running our postures and movements than you are in for a very VERY big surprise.
So we give to the Sport Trainers the gift of understanding the basic most instinctual movement patterns that the brain has inherited, during our long evolutionary road, and than in an amazing symphony weaves these basic instinctual abilities into something extraordinary.
Training for all sports is very different from one to another and their are sport specific skills that must be mastered. However, it is obvious to say but more difficult to understand that no matter what sport we are taking part in or at what ever level… we always have our ‘postures’ with us. We all have quirks and strange postural behaviors in our normal everyday postures. These unique instinctual postures have with them the ability to perform certain acts of athleticism better or worse… And believe it or not this connection has become a science! By simply studying the resting posture, prone and supine, and performing a series of simple movements one is able to PERFECTLY understand why, when and how an athletes ‘gifts’ and ‘difficulties’ will be expressed.
