The Electric Body

Life is “Energy” possessing it’s own will, desire, interests, focus and intensions. Life Energy has an” agenda” as “primitive” as these may be. Already from the very first single cell organisms we can clearly perceive movement, memory, “thought”/calculations all forming specific behavior(s).

Yet, it was not until the creation of a primitive “battery” that Life Energy could be stored and used to “power” the organism in a stable and sustained manner. However simple or complicated they may have been”, living organisms were not able to exist until this energy storage problem was solved. Through the chemical reactions of all the different minerals, metals and organics, the primitive battery was finally “created”.

“With the aid of these primitive batteries, chemicals became organised in such a way as to be capable of more complex behaviour and would have eventually developed into the living biological structures we see today,” said Dr Terry Kee. (Leeds, 2013)

Today, the human brain, is the most advanced neural structure on the planet. During evolution the nervous system developed specific bio-chemical, anatomical and behavioral systems for each phase on this long road to creating the modern homo sapiens…

The first neuron was discovered in jellyfish. Then the single neuron became multiple neurons connected in a line one neuron to another. A Network Structure. This “worm” stage is the first true primitive complex neural brain and is the origin of all “higher” forms of life. This “First” brain is what we now call the Gastro-Enteric Nervous System or the stomach and intestines. Modern “science” calls this our “second” brain. However, studying the true evolution of the nervous system it becomes very clear that the “worm” did not disappear but simply created an exo-body in the form of a “fish” like animal. The worms neural network was not enough to be able to process quickly enough the data streaming in from the these new sensory systems and also create a coherent motor response. So, a “second brain” was needed. This is when our current cerebral brain with a Matrix Structure capable of dealing with the massive amounts of neural information was formed.

“the brain evolved, not to think or feel, but to control movement.”

Daniel Walpert University of Leeds

As time moved slowly yet steadily the four major evolutionary stages evolved; Fish, Reptiles, Mammals and Humans. Each stage adding something bodily, organic/hormonal, behavioral and neural.

ALL ELECTRIC IN ORIGIN. This therapy (Zero Point Technic) and movement system (Neuro FunC) are unique due to its use of these ancient neuro-programs and their fundamental role in Governing still today ALL aspects modern humans; postural, systemic, hormonal, cognitive and behavioral.

It is my belief, from my research, that these simple clear and well structured neuro-sensory-motor programs associated with each evolutionary stage will form the future backbone for all types of therapy whether physical, hormonal, visceral, psychological, cognitive and behavioral.

For example, Psychiatry has understood this, however, only to a certain point. They seem to believe that simply by introducing certain substances that they can “trick” the body to regain its complicated multilevel electro-chemical reactions. Not understanding that the body works from simple to complex and the substances they introduce interact with the most complex of the complex systems, the neural synapses. Thereby completely missing the mark.

Allopathic Medicine still believes each individual organ, limb, muscle and bone are disconnected and have no common link. Yet, arthritis, autism syndrome disorders, spinal disc and cartilage dehydration, depression and other mental disturbances can be directly traced to Enteric System disorders. And all previously named illnesses are commonly corrected by modern natural anti-inflammatory treatments of the “gut”, our first brain!!

The classic physio-therapy/rehabilitation is still lacking in understanding of the ‘true’ neurology and mechanics behind motion and movement and how body/mind/emotion/ personality/cognitive ability are ALL connected through the human neuro-programming. This field is currently based on;

  1. ‘false’ bio-mechanics
    1. Working from a point of view were joint/limb mechanics FORM the ruling dynamics of the therapeutic approach. This becomes simply classic mechanical physics applied on top of a biological organism.
  • Instead of ‘True’ bio-mechanics that include not only the mechanical physics of body joint structure but also the neurology and full body dynamic synergistic and antagonistic connections that are responsible for the proper functioning of the postural neuro-programming that is the basis of our brains neural architecture.
  • a complete lack of understanding of the mechanics of self-healing
    • Piezoeletrico/pyroeletrico autorigeneration of biological tissues and in particular collagen fibrils. (Hullinger, 2003)
    • Healing muscle, tendon and ligament tears in greatly reduced time and quality of recovery.
    • Understanding inflammation as a neurological response to “perceived” disfunction rather than simply a localized response to damaged tissue.
    • the need to treat the emotional/mental aspects of any trauma first since these “fear” responses directly influence over neuro-motor, neuro-postural programming via the Reticular Activating System (RAS) and in particular the Fear Paralysis Reflex order to release ‘memories’ blocking the healing process. (Masgutova, 2006)

All of the above-named processes are governed by the different electrical activities of the human nervous system as the web that connects them all. Much of this we will be covering in this course however on a more practical rather than theoretical level and further study of these subjects in the future is definitely needed.

Radical “healing” is now possible.

Neuro-sensory-motor programming forms the web that is capable of “regulating and uniting” organ-posture-behavior-cognition-hormonal aspects of our bodies and minds. This is the biggest kept secret of the nervous system. The information stream creates a “working database” for which the brain can use to create a coherent response the environment that surrounds us. The actual “proprioception” aspect of the information is matched to what might be considered a “perfect self” a guiding blueprint. Learning these specific neuro-programs allows us to trouble shoot deep neural disfunction and retrain the full body pattern associated with a specific neuro-program. Radical “healing”, on all levels, is now possible through this realignment of the neuro-sensory-motor pattern.

The simple and clear statement in the previous paragraph is so far from the normal “main stream sciences” that appreciation and even understand are made almost impossible. These sciences have little to no understanding of even the slightest possibilities of how to use the neuro-sensory-motor programming to influence each and every one of these seemingly separate and unconnected aspects of the human being, like; anatomy, physiology, psychology, human cognitive and behavior, endocrinology, nutrition, sports performance, genetic anomalies and general wellbeing.

We have been made to believe that we possess multiple unconnected systems within us. That there is no “real” way to explain the “correlation” of mood and posture that we all know instinctively. Emotional states have a related posture! Happy “looks” is “expressed” in a certain way through our posture and movements, as is sadness, curiosity, anger, boredom, etc. We KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE! And actually, is just like the elephant on the table. The one no one speaks about because it is so normal and such a banal part of life that it is taken for granted. Something so obvious and such a mundane part of life as to be of no interest to “important” scientists with big egos. This is just not “impressive” enough for them to invest their precious time and energy. Yet, once you start to use these treatment and training protocols, and see the changes happening in real time, the adrenaline rush is like nothing else!

Ø  Working together with Tom-Steffan Witting we discovered during our treatment and training sessions with world class athletes that; inflammation is not tissue based but a purely neurologically driven defense mechanism that can be overridden by reprogramming the specific neuro-postural programs involved.

Ø  Muscle tears can be “healed” in minutes to hours

Ø  Chronic injuries can be easily overcome and never return

Ø  Ability to predict or predetermine injury prone areas through neuro-postural pattern evaluations

Ø  Improve the mental and emotional stability, awareness and stamina

Ø  Reprogram the innate neuro-blueprint to accept biological deformities to stop the neurological response of inflammation and compensation to a perceived postural error.

Ø  And more.

But my friends, do not make the mistake like so many today speaking of neuro this and neuro that. If you are not familiar with the Perez Reflex or the Gallant Reflex or the Leg Cross Flexion Reflex than you are NOT WORKING WITH TRUE POSTURAL NEUROLOGY.

In the next article I will go more into the details of how these neuro-sensory-motor programs work and take specific responsibilities for specific aspects of our posture and movement abilities. Until then you may like to check out my neurotraining web app Neuro FunC that reeducates the most important aspects of our neuro-postural programming. https://neurofunc.yrtech.co.uk/WebApp.aspx?AppCode=1

Bio-feedback to Postural and Dynamic Reflexes

Ivan Pavlov and his research staff!

When speaking of the origins of pain and inflammation, I am going to need to cover some of the neuro-science behind It. Otherwise, I risk sounding very “soft” or “fluffy” on the foundation of the real science behind our treatment protocols and the science(s) behind them.

The real moment of the European Intellectual Scientific awakening to some of the basic bio-feedback loops that could be stimulated was in the 1920’s thanks to the amazing research of Ivan Pavlov. Pavlov “proved” the ability to connect sensory input with a biological process or conditioning. In this famous case “Pavlov’s Dog”, a bell was sounded and shortly thereafter food was brought to the dog. After a period of repeating this ringing and feeding the dogs began salivating immediately at the sounding of the bell without ever actually seeing the food. The dog “related” the sensory (hearing) stimulus with eating (production of saliva). This has now been developed to an amazing level and is used in for psychology, biorhythms, relaxation, performance, etc. and takes advantage of all our senses.

However interesting, Pavlov’s work was limited to bio-chemical and behavioral processes. It did not take long though for other scientists to start working with Touch and the “bodily” responses that followed. By the 1960’s the basic childhood reflexes and their developmental stages was quite well established. Some of these Childhood or Primary Reflexes are; The Gallant Reflex, Hand Gripping Reflex, Atonic Neck Reflex, Symmetric Tonic Neck Reflex, The Amphibian Reflex, The Landau Reflex, The Perez Reflex and so many more.

These reflexes were also being observed to be related to behavioral and cognitive abilities of the infants. And for this very reason Gynecologists will test some of the more important reflexes like; The Bambinski Reflex, The Hand Gripping and Toe Gripping Reflexes, The Gallant Reflex, The Suckling Reflex and even the Fear Paralysis Reflex, to screen for signs of possible brain deficiencies.

There were a number of scientific works done by pioneers like Ivan Mikhailovich Sechenov,          Sir Charles Sherrington,  Ivan Petrovich Pavlov,  Sergei Leonidovich Rubinstein, Lev Semenovich Vygotsky, Alexander Romanovich Luria, Alexei Nikolaevich Leontyev, Nikolai Aleksejevich Bernstein and Jean Piaget. However, It is Vygosky that was the most prolific and detailed researcher. Unfortunately, most of his work remains untranslated from his Russian mother tongue.

In the 1970’s two very important schools were founded. One is The Doman Institute and the other Brain Gym International. These two schools on the surface many seem extremely distant to one another, after speaking with Dr. Dennison, the founder of Brain Gym, in Brescia, Italy I understood just how much they were simply two sides of the same coin.

Doman goes head-long into the reflex patterns and “forces” the client into specific patterns by having therapists move the limbs and head etc for them. Following the specific developmental order of these childhood reflexes and eventually releasing the child of their deep pathological and non-pathological blocks. Doman also created an amazing learning system for “healthy” children that used the ability of these movement patterns to maximize the “working” potential of the human brain and taking advantage of some of its basic “abilities” by training them “unconsciously” when the child is only months old. The effects of The Doman Learning Methods are well documented after half of a century and is arguably the basis for the XMen Marvel Movies.

Dennison, on the other hand, after seeing what he perceived as too invasive and in the case of healthy and struggling children many parents were no longer supporting their children in their natural development, but, became aggressive and hyper-vigilant in their “coaching” of their very young children. Dennison also had access to Dr. Thie, the creator of the Kinesiological approach “Touch for Health”. So, Dennison created a “softer” approach to “turning on the brain” by using some of the Childhood Reflex integration work of Doman, some of the Kinesiological work of Thie and some of his own unique and ground breaking “hemispheric balancing”. Brain Gym is what it became.

Both of these approaches work from an instinctual deep brain integration for cognitive, behavioral and postural wellbeing rather than a top-down conventional compensatory approach.

In the 1980’s Svetlana Masgutova was made aware of the Brain Gym system and eventually the Doman Method. She had her first moment of large scale recognition for the unique way these Childhood reflexes can “heal” real psychological traumas when she assisted in the treatment of hundreds of survivors of a train wreck. After weeks many of the children and even adults were “locked” in a deep psychotic paralysis. Masgutova started to assist each person by matching the childhood reflex to what the survivors body position most resembled. And as a testament to the deep and powerful connection the brain has to these movement patterns (Reflexes) the survivors nearly instantaneously “awoke” from their psychosis. The Masgutova Method is now based in Florida.

These are the three main schools of this work in the world. Yet, there are so few therapists. The number is growing and gaining ground, as it should, but still the number is only in the many of hundreds of practitioners. The number of parent therapists is many times greater than the number of professional therapists.

The GHIMPR System, The Gillis Hierarchy of Instinctual Motor Programming and Reprogramming, take the understanding of sensory input, elaboration of input, motor output neuro-sequencing to a new and previously unrecognized level. What I had discovered, after arriving at a point where these approaches failed me when working with severely neurologically damaged children, and there was no possible way I could treat these children without being heavily invasive. Their little bodies were simply too “tied up” and delicate to start the classic integration protocols of these other methods.

So, I carefully started to apply pressure with my palms and fingers on what I knew as the “Bio-electromagnetic meridians” and watched the movement response. I held quietly but firmly these points until I perceived a release. Usually, the release came as a deep breath, twitch and/or relaxation of the “Activated” region from my touch. As time progressed, I discovered the basic full body reflex patterns that then self-organized into the evolutionary stages of the vertebrates of the GHIMPR System. These simple patterns were able to immediately release even the deep neuro-pathological tension in cases like Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome. Such simple and long-lasting release and regaining of proper functional motor control was previously not achieved with the other methods. These same, simple movement patterns of the GHIMPR System became Levels 1 and 2 of the Neuro FunC App.

Today, testing and expansion of the treatments goes on. We are creating new ways to test for neurological disfunction on every level, pathological to low functional to physical and psychological traumas to kinesiological/nutritional influences over these systems.

Stay tuned for more in-depth posts into all these aspects of interventions for the most delicate to the most decorated world class athletes!

THE HISTORY

With 25 years of experience as a Natural Therapy Specialist specialized in Cranio-Sacral Therapy, deep tissue treatments and massage. 2008 I discovered the neuro-sensory-motor integration technics. Since this time I have seen well over 1000 clients and have thousands of treatment hours with a wide variety of clientele from neurologically damaged children to world class athletes. The clinical validity of these mechanisms are beyond all doubt real and effective.

However, as new partners arrive, within the university and research community, many more measurements and studies will have to be performed within ‘lab’ settings for better understanding of the neuro-mechanics behind these new postural/sensory phenomena.

The GHIMPER system is what

I believe to be a step closer to arriving towards making sense of what is commonly called ‘infantile reflex programming’, ‘primitive reflex programming’ or the ability of the body to activate/coordinate/integrate the neuro-programming used by the brain in order to make sense of all the sensory ‘input’ and the motor ‘output’. This ability to make ‘sense’ of the neuro-input and -output, give the brain ‘its’ innate ability to control our bodies. Using a full body ‘functional’ ‘hierarchical’ structure, based upon the basic movement and sensory and behavioral survival strategies of the main evolutionary stages; amphibian/reptilian/mammalian/primates/homo sapiens, rather than apparently disassociated individual so called, ‘Postural’ and ‘Dynamic’ ‘Reflexes’ as commonly done at the moment.

Basically, I found, the key to these ‘new postures’ is the body position in the prone and/or supine position. Where the vestibular system, in a pronated orientation, activates specific evolutionary reflex movements associated, in this position, with the amphibian and reptilian postural movement that are ‘blocked’ when in the supine orientation.

These new developments are of such a new perspective that they could be difficult to understand upon the reading but hope that the simplicity of it slowly comes forward.

This work might be considered the third evolutionary step of the theory and mechanisms behind the instinctual movement patterns and their role in neuro-development;

The “discovery” and first childhood reflexes of the neuro-programming, Bernstein, Gallant, Perez et al.

Godard-Blythe/Doman/Masgutova et al. (researching each individual reflex and creating repeatable treatments)

Gillis, researching and implementing;

  • high input sensory treatments which radically decrease the timetable for integration (in cooperation with Witting, Tom-Steffan),
  • the introduction of the “triune brain + one”. the Enteric Nervous System Integration to reduce negative signals influence over mid-brain injuries.
  • the introduction of the evolutionary postural and dynamic movement archetypes for each of the major evolutionary stages. (amphibian, reptilian, mammalian, primate and human).
  • The concept of dividing the movement systems in two groups

1.Navigation (ie, eyes, hands, feet) or MyARCs (Myofascial Articulation Control Systems)

2. Locomotion (ie Quadratus Fem., Gluteus Max. Erector Spin) with the Myofascial Muscle Trains as described by Thomas Myers as the motor systems.

  • The fundamental postural and dynamic intelligence of the connective tissues, myofascia, tendons, ligaments) for these process.

(THERE IS TO MY KNOWLEDGE NO OTHER LITERATURE OF THIS NATURE. HOWEVER, IF THIS IS IN SOME WAY SIMILAR TO SOME SYSTEM UNKNOWN TO ME IT IS ONLY AND PURELY BY CHANCE. I DO APPRECIATE RECEIVING ANY TIPS ON ANY RESEARCH OR WORK DONE OF THIS NATURE AS I AM NOT INTERESTED IN REINVENTING A WHEEL THAT ALREADY WORKS!)

The desire pushing me to simplifying and organizing in a more logical and straightforward manor was simply my confusion with the nature of how our body’s natural movement patterns and postures are organized and explained by classic Reflex integration systems I have studied and applied. I have experienced and than created “the GHIMPR system” thanks to my first ‘reflex integration’ teachers and also after my own personal observations and experiences thanks to direct and indirect feedback from the invaluable sessions, more than 10,000 clinical hours, with my varied and greatly appreciated clients!

As started out to learn this fascinating work of integrating the neuro-sensory-motor programming, because my son at the age of 5 was completely without understanding of simple addition. He had also great difficulty in completing the horizontal figure of eight as used by Dennison for ‘diagnosing’ different spacial abilities. So after searching the world I decided to learn the neuro-motor treatment as taught by Masgutova. The integration techniques and “homework” or exercises, worked very well in aiding my son. After only 5 treatments in a 4 week period he ‘discovered’ how to combine the two fingers on each hand and answer correctly for the first time what was two plus two. Also his ‘lazy eights’ from Brain Gym improved to where he was now able to cross the ‘horizon’ line showing signs of an integration of his upper and lower bodies. After all these results in such a short time I was hooked.

And within a short time even in my work with clients I saw important and obvious benefits. The recovery time from many and most traumas and dysfunctional situations also showed important reductions in numbers of treatments and quality of recovery. (Bad from a short term business point of view, however from a heartfelt Touch Therapists point of view with a competitive spirit for getting results faster and higher quality results than my colleagues, I was again intrigued by this new world that had opened before me..)

My initial enthusiasm slowly faded into frustration in finding many blocks and dead-ends with more complicated cases, i.e. children and adults with neurological dis-abilities, drove me to “watch” and “follow” what my client’s bodies were ‘showing’ me. Soon, I was able to define and later categorize, what I believe to be, certain previously un-described phenomena and behavior. I believe this new information by ‘simplifying’ and ‘organizing’ the instinctual postural integration/reprogramming process in a way that takes into consideration the evolutionary information created during the formation of our Triune Brain + One neurological systems. The result of which may be of benefit especially for parents with children of various challenges lacking any experience in touch therapy!!

The world of neuro-motor and neuro-sensory integration work in the  occidental “scientific” fields of Psychology and Modern Neurology has roots back, at least, to the time of Dr. Pavlov in Russia. And there is an abundance of work done on many continents in the ‘60’s around the field of ‘activation’ of the “archaic reflex patterns” (Rus. Bernstein, USA. Clemmens, et al.) Most of the work by these researchers relies on the Triune Brain Theory (brought forward by among others Paul D. MacLean). The Triune

Brain Theory perceives the brain as a construction of Three Brains; the Amphibian-Reptilian Brain, The Mammalian Brain and The Neocortex (in particular the frontal lobes).

It is, from this perspective, sewing together all the individual dynamic-postural reflexes into a “movement based” (rather than the classic Infant Dynamic-Postural Reflex Patterns, such as Babinski, Perez, Gallant and Landau) diagram hierarchy as related to our neurological evolutionary development of what, how and why one’s “instinctual movement patterns” exist and their influences over one another.

The-long-road1

Normally we call it… BODY LANGUAGE.

happiness (2)

The instinctual motor neuro-programming is directly wired to our Emotions that we see expressed in so many ways through our body!

depression (2)

No body needs to tell you when a person is truly sad or happy, you can ‘see’ it in their posture and body language. This postural expression is true for many many more other behaviors and feelings.

There is something ‘inside’ us that ‘understands’ the other person on many levels. Sometimes we call it’intuition’. However, this ability to ‘understand’ another is probably working more on an ‘instinctual’ level. Since all these mechanisms are innate within us all and are able to be triggered on an unconscious level.

The Immature Perez Reflex

The Mature Perez Posture

Well what we have found, studying these different instinctual sensory and motor systems with some of the best neuro-psychologists in the world, is that there are behavioral, intellectual, psychological, biologicalall directly connected to each of the separate neuro-sensory-motor systems.

By organising and well categorizing the multi-layered poly faceted nature of our Evolutionarily Inherited Movement and Sensory Systems, we are able to not only predict but relieve the blocks deep within our psyche, by reading the ‘defects’ within our instinctual posture.

The Central Nervous System

Since it seems that there is no human ‘system’ biological’ or ‘psychological’ or other that is not hardwired to all the other systems via our neuro-sensory-motor programming than we can with great reliability assure that using these neuro-postural and dynamic programs we canmore affect change and stability, deeper, less invasive, more gentle and with a natural and obvious behavioral change. Many times this change or shift is not even perceived by the client. When we reawaken these natural abilities on a neurological instinctual level the conscious mind is left ‘unaware’ of its new ‘neuro-configuration’ and perceives things as ‘normal’. Yet, the client does feel a great relief, freer and more energetic and usually after some weeks the client starts to consciously perceive their behavior change in situations that normally they would have had some difficulty.

The Enteric Nervous System and Vegus Nerve

One of the most important discoveries within the evolutionary development of our nervous system is that the first brain was the  Enteric Nervous System. Cleansing and nutrifying the stomach and intestines is fundamental in psycho-emotional well being! My treatment and the supplements that i use can be found here in this video. N-KOR Treatment and movements.

Follow this link to learn more about the full impact these treatments can have on the human experience! Here

In the next few weeks and months, I will be doing a deep dive into a well-established, however, exotic area of the human neurological phenomena called “the neuro-sensory-motor programming”. This body of work is a direct result of the Pavlov’s work discovering the direct link between sensory input and a biological output. Though his work was “behavioral” and not the innate hardwired postural and dynamic neuro-programming we will be speaking of.
The neuro-sensory-motor programming is a kind of fancy way of saying “Reflexes” or “Childhood Reflexes”. This work has been overlooked and even shunned by main stream neuro-scientists but has been steadily developing since 1960s in relative isolation by two main schools in the world, The Doman Method and The Masgutova method. They have been “proving” the extreme levels of connectedness these neuro-programs provide and form within the entire nervous system. From Peripheral perception all the way to hormonal balancing and cognitive/behavioral abilities, these neuro-programs each have their own “areas of influence”.
These two pillars of this work have been able to scientifically prove the ability to positively influence behavior, cognitive abilities, organ and hormonal wellness all while simply “integrating” specific reflex loops.
In 2008 I started to use this work in my practice and have discovered a next generation level of understanding of the where, when, why and how. I call it The GHIMPR System or The Gillis Hierarchy of Instinctual Movement Programming and Reprogramming. This “new” level of understanding comes from experiential data and then looking out into the literature to find possible plausible explanations for the results we are getting. Not the other way around.

Here are some of the things I will be unpacking;
-the importance of the gasto-entric nervous system (or our FIRST brain!!) over the cerebral brain.
-the possible/probable explanation of the neural non-energetic connection between posture, pain, organs, hormones.
-the proper understanding of the role myofascial meridians or muscle trains and how to boost human performance on all levels through their proper integration.
-how it is possible to use the proper movements to influence the brain’s proprioceptive neuro-protocols to

 -reduce inflammation and pain
-increase recovery time from training and injury
-increase instinctual performances on a physical, mental, emotional and hormonal level
-how to use these neuro-programs to improve kinesiological connections between organs and muscles
-how the myofascial meridians can be “loaded” in order to electrically balance the charge within them and increase wellness in real time.
-and much more!!

I will end here today and wish you all a happy holiday season!!

I want to wish Robert Helenius in his big match today against Deonte Wilder the WBO N.2 in the world!!

It was a bit more than 8 years ago I first meet Robert. It was not the best moment in his life. He had just moved back to his native island in the Baltic Sea to retire from boxing. He was not in the best of spirits. His shoulder and hand injuries would not heal. After more than two years of the best boxing and sports Doctors and PTs were not able to heal this mountain of a man.

As fate would have it, after only a few sessions Robert was starting to feel some really good sensations. And after three months he was looking for a new agent and getting back into the life that gives him a way to showcase his amazing Viking athletic abilities and off the charts full body strength!

Enjoy some fotos from those days in 2014-2016 when he was perfecting his instinctual posture with my R-Evolutionary postural movements. You will see him giving back as well. Robert has as big a heart as he does a punch!

Flo Robbe Flo!!!

Best of Luck,

True Primitive Training

Video Player

Primitive training has been missing the science!

Neuro FunC movements together with functional exercises in a circuit training environment.

Today so called ‘primal’ or ‘primitive’ training programs have mostly jumped the gun a little. That is to saythat most of these programs claim to be training some deep ‘primal’, ‘primitive’ or ‘instinctual’ part deep with us. However, they usually talk about; crawling, sitting, rolling, walking, running, hopping, skipping and of course throwing. These are NOT PRIMITIVE, well crawling and rolling are but they never speak about why or especially HOW to properly crawl and/or roll. Truely ‘primitive’ and/or ‘instinctual’ movements are relatively limited to only a few very precise and detailed group of movements and most of these can be found in our Neuro FunC App or Neuro FunC Training series. Running, jumping, squatting etc are ‘advanced’ walking skills (which is a very highly developed movement skill  of many ‘instinctual’ or ‘primitive’ movements put together, however with Bi-lateral ability!

IMG-20150523-WA0014
The-long-road1

The reason for the big gap between these current so called ‘primitive’ training programs and Neuro FunC is easy… Neuroscience. Neuro FunC is based on the true entire neurological and biophysical development of the human embryo! Originating on research directly from the leading neuro-scientists; Dr. Svetlana Masgutova from Russia, Glenn Doman from the USA, Blaith/Godard from England. And with our proprietary system, the GHIMPR System, we have gone to the next level of integrating our instinctual movementand postural patterns or postural and dynamic neuro-sensory-motor programming.

Try it.. especially after a workout or training session…

I, Joshua Gillis, personally Guaranty You will LOVE it! ;o)

Joshua

This is a compendium put together assuming nothing. It starts from scratch including basic anatomy/physiology, the mechanics, history of the use of breathe in sport and wellbeing. Active Respiro is our secret weapon for all sports persons, PTSD, and all forms of self discovery and evolution.

But where did all this start?

Well that is not so easy to say. I personally started breathing while in a ski academy in 1980. The USSA passed down their research and findings to the local coaches who used it with their athletes. This was really the infancy of breathing and performance in the west. The asians have known since time immemorable that breathing was key to ones physical performance.

But it was when i arrived in Bergamo. Italy while treating the local pro-am cyclists that I found the desperate need for knowledge of proper breathing. I completely immersed myself into the realm of breathing in all types of sport. Part of this study was the relationship between endurance and power. But also our breath’s ability to create mental clarity and use this mental clarity to create a positive “emotional” perspective to than initiate an antioxidant hormonal response to fight the cellulare waste products and lactic acid.

Together with some of Europes best cyclists we came up with two different needs an athlete has for breathing. On one hand there was the need to recover after training and the other while performing their sport. In this pdf we take up specifically cyclists “in saddle” breathing techniques and the general recovery breathing techniques applicable to any sport.

Hope you enjoy it!!!

Joshua Gillis

Neuro FunC or NOWKids, as well call, it when we bring it into the schools!

You can also download our free App Neuro FunC, here.

NOW-KIDS-1

The NOWKids program is simply AMAZING! No hard sales pitch here just the truth. In only 2 or 3 sessions we are already having parents, teachers perceiving the difference and even the kids themselves tell us how they feel ‘different’. Under the age of 18 our brains still contain vast untapped neuro-connections and so by awakening the full brain neurological pathways associated with these ancestral movements the brain becomes better organised and coordinated which means gains in cerebral potential… on all levels.

The improvement and training of our instinctual movement neuro-programming (or neuro-sensory-motor programming) is hardwired to every aspect of our brains. So when we activate these specific neuro-pathways the brain regains its true and natural abilities like;

  • Correct postures
  • Coordination
  • Improves motor learning skills
  • Improves intellectual learning skills
  • Improves natural and healthy curiosity
  • Improves sociability
  • Improves self esteem
  • Improves creativity
  • Improves problem solving
  • Reduces fear and sensitivity to crowds, noises, movement, situations, actions

Let's let the owners words speak for themselves;

Dear Joshua,

I hope your way home was relaxed and you arrived safely.
It was a pleasure meeting you and we all were sold on your enthusiasm and your engagement.
I got only positive feedback of the athletes and my colleagues.
So as we already discussed yesterday, we would like to intensify our cooperation. In this case it would be excellent if you could send us some proposals for your next stay here in Munich in april. So we could match them with our athletes.
As we also discussed it would be the best, if you could stay for one week. So we could give mainly our young talents the possibility of a treatment.

If you think it`s reasonable and helpful to take the mental coach with you, we can talk about this chance.
I would appreciate your financial proposal for your engagement.

I am looking forward hearing from you soon.

Best regards from Munich
Roman

ROBERT HELENIUS:
Two time European Champion (2011-2015)

WBO Ranked N.2 Heavey Weight (2012)

Following the rupture of a wrist tendon and the related surgery, he could no longer train due to the constant inflammation. After two years of attempted rehab with his world renowned Boxing Club Saurland in Berlin he headed home to Aland, Finland to retire.

We intervened both at the level of treatments with a reactivation of the primitive reptilian arm movement system with an interest in the myofascial meridians and in particular in the lateral line, deep frontal line, frontal and posterior lines of the arms.

Besides creating a specific neurotraining routine for Robert we also prepared a program for the use of specific supplements and an anti-inflammatory dietary regime for Robert, who had bad eating habits.

Against all odds the result was the return to the ring at full capacity.

This is Robert in his first sparing match in over a year witht the Scandinavian Jr. Champion in Stockholm Sweden.

MARKUS LARSSON:
Swedish World Cup Skier

Markus's first introduction to neurotraining was with my collegue Tom-Stefan Witting. Tom-Stefan worked with Markus due to Markus's lower back pain and Ilio-tibialis tract tension. And Markus saw important improvements in his placements at the World Cup Races decending from 15-25 place finishes to 5-15 place finishes! Even if he was now 30+ years old!

Regardless of this impressive improvement in Markus's career he was still suffering quite a lot from his lower back pain. So Tom-Stefan asked me to come to Stockholm and meet Markus and a few other top Swedish athletes. Due to ever changing schedules I ended up giving Markus his first Zero Point Treatment (my treatments based on the GHIMPR System). It went remarkably well. And Markus was introduced to the Neuro FunC primal training system. And his placings raised another 5 placings!

Markus never forgot this meeting and the next year a month before the Sochi Olympics for more work on his back and perfecting his instinctual movement ability.

How did ti go for Markus? At 37 years old Markus placed an amazing 7th in the Sochi Slolom. This was his last retirement year. And at 37 years old one can only have great respect for Markus having been on the World Cup circuit for 24 years!!!

CONCETTI
GENERALI

sensoriali ( sistema visivo, vestibolare, propriocettivo, tattile)

I RIFLESSI
PRIMARI

  • Riflesso glabellare
  • Riflesso palmo-mentoniero(di Babkin)
  • Riflesso di Moro
  • Riflesso di prensione palmare
  • Riflesso tonico asimmetrico cervicale
  • Riflesso di suzione(di Epstein)
  • Riflesso spinale di Galant
  • Riflesso tonico labirintico
  • Riflesso tonico simmetrico cervicale
  • Riflesso di marcia automatica

LE NOVE
INTELLIGENZE

SENSE OF VISION(??)INTUIZIONE-RIFLESSO PALMO MENTONIERO-RIFLESSO TONICO ASIMMETRICO CERVICALE RIFLESSO DI PAVLOV

TRINO

PETER "Fopa" FORSBERG:
One of the all time great hockey players and 2X Staney Cup Winner with The Colorado Avalaches

Peter's right foot is one of the worst athletic injuries we have seen. And one of our most rewarding interventions.

After multiple surgeries, moving muscles and shaping bone, Peter's foot looked like it had been through a meet grinder. There was not much hope to ever get him skating again since, due to the excruciating pain, he was not even able to get his foot into the skate!

Peter suffered, from our neuro-sensory-motor point of view, from an active toe grip reflex. This sensitivity in his toes became a problem when the hockey skate manufacturers started to raise the heel slightly which put a bit more pressure on his toes. This pressure caused a sensory reaction which activiated the toe flexors under his foot. Terrible cramping under his foot ensued.

Forced into retirement Peter was desperate to try something that may help.

He found us.

As all great athletes Peter responded with impressive speed. And after only a few treatments Peter had his foot in a skate and after a dozen or so treatments Peter was now complaining about the inside edge strength of his right foot to be not very good. (A good sign that he is feeling good on his skates!)

Neurotraining at home and some training Peter signed a one month, One Million Dollar contract with the Avalanches!

Once again neurotraining does the impossible!

JONAS COLTING:
3X Ultra-Triathon World Champion

We found Jonas through his friendship with Markus Larsson, a long time client. Jonas had been suffering for years with severe hypertension of the tibial ileus tract and the tensor fascia lata. THis condition was keeping him from world class level competitions. It was a very big problem!

Jonas had been to a few world class Sports Md's and the only option was surgery. There were two surgical options. One was to modify the bone structure of the pelvis with a major surgery and the other to incise the connective tissue with surgical cuts to relax muscle tension.

For a serious athlete this kind of surgery was not worth the risk.

And than through Markus he heard about what neurotraining and our treatments were doing for him so he wanted to give it a try.

The date and place were set at Boson, The Swedish National Sports Center.

After 8 hours of treatment and two days of our lateral line work, Jonas's musculature returned to normal tension levels, the pain disappeared with a noticeable increase in general mobility and ease of movement.

And due to Jonas's interest in primitive training we took time to go over the proper way to crawl as well as many of the Fish/amphibian and Reptile reflexes behind his scoliosis!

It was truly a meeting of minds and once again Neurotraining did the impossible!!
